Duo Tundmus Meets the Band will perform on Sunday, July 12, at one of Europe’s largest jazz festivals, North Sea Jazz. Several well-known jazz musicians such as Pat Metheny and Cecile Mclorin-Salvant will also perform at the festival that evening.
Duo Tundmus is a nostalgic vocal-piano duo, formed by singer Gloria Elisabeth Jörberg and pianist Lisanne Pappel. The duo will perform original compositions from their upcoming second studio album “The Sweetest Fig”. You can expect a glamorous and theatrical concert that will leave listeners with a warm sense of nostalgia.
Duo Tundmus Meets the Band will perform at the Codarts Talent Stage from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM.
The North Sea Jazz festival is Europe's largest indoor festival, which has been held since 1976. The festival has previously hosted well-known jazz legends such as Sarah Vaughan, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz and many others.
